At the 2024 edition of the show, Snöball introduced a unique AI Portrait Avatar that transformed attendees and speakers into space-themed characters.

How we
did it

To amplify the “Universe of Possibilities” theme and maximize engagement, Snöball implemented two key initiatives:

  1. Hyper-personalized branding through AI-generated astronaut avatars.
  2. Strategic social amplification across 13 diverse channels. 

This dual approach aimed to create a cohesive and far-reaching campaign, driving pre-event excitement and expanding audience participation.

Conception of AI Portrait Avatars - creating awe and wonderment for event participants


When ITC Vegas unveiled its 2024 theme "Universe of Possibilities - At the Frontier of Insurance Innovation," Nicole Peck, President of ITC Vegas and EVP of Clarion Events North America, saw an opportunity to create something extraordinary.

"Space exploration perfectly symbolizes what ITC Vegas stands for - pioneering spirit and the drive to venture into uncharted territories," said Nicole. "Just as astronauts push boundaries, our event celebrates insurance innovators who dare to reimagine the future."

Nicole approached Snöball with a unique challenge: create personalized astronaut-themed avatars for all event participants. Snöball responded by developing a bespoke AI Portrait Avatar feature, enabling speakers, advisory board members, sponsors, and delegates to transform into spacefaring pioneers.

The initiative exceeded expectations, with hundreds of participants sharing their astronaut avatars across social media platforms, creating a pre-event buzz that translated into double-digit growth in engagement scores.

Through this collaboration, Snöball demonstrated its ability to transform an imaginative concept into a powerful marketing tool that amplified ITC's brand message and community engagement.
